My name is Rachel Hanna, and I love my readers! Seriously, they are my favorite part of this job. I'm blessed to be able to write books for some of the best people in the world!

I graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism in 1995 and went on to work at places like CNN and Georgia Public Television.

I married my sweet husband in 1997, and we have three grown kids and two rescue doggies. We bought our dream home in the Blue Ridge Mountains of north Georgia, so we now live in the edge of the national forest.

I write books about real people. My characters are lovable, but sometimes complicated. I write books based in the mountains and at the beach (my two favorite places!) I write about characters of all ages, from teens to people in their 90's because EVERYONE has a story!

I spend a lot of time chatting with my readers in my private Facebook group with over 28,000 avid Rachel Hanna readers.

My books are always based in the south (usually South Carolina or Georgia). They feature small towns because that's where I love to be!
