Piper inherits an apple orchard with a very grumpy grandson attached. Emmy comes home broke, with her mother in tow, and runs straight into her first love. Samantha has to get through her sister's wedding with her ex in the front row. And one kiss on a rain-soaked bridge comes back around fifteen years later.

Drive over the ridge and you'll find Mia running her late mother's inn all by herself. Until the day a stranger with a suitcase walks up onto the porch and says something that turns everything Mia thought she knew about her family upside down. Six books later there's a honey business, a magazine crew, a Christmas tour of homes, a wedding, and a baby on the way.
I write these books because I live here. We bought our dream home in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and there is nothing better than sitting on the porch and watching a story come together. These are small towns full of people you'd want living next door. Y'all come sit a spell.
