REFUND POLICY

Refunds do not apply to the following goods: Digital goods: ebooks and audiobooks. These are instant downloads.

Please choose carefully. We do not issue refunds for duplicate purchases.

Refunds for physical goods:

There is no return for change of mind or duplicate purchases. Returns are given for faulty items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (according to the tracking).

Refunds for original shipping charges are NOT available.

If you refuse a package and we are charged an additional fee, that fee WILL be removed from your refund (along with original shipping charges) before any monies are refunded.
