Print books are delivered by shipping. Print books are shipped by a print-on-demand provider OR directly from the author. This will be noted in the product page description.

When coming from print-on-demand providers, author cannot control print/delivery times. When being shipped from the author, the package will be packed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping company.

Print Books

Print books are fulfilled either through a print-on-demand partner or shipped directly by the author. This will be noted on each product page.

• Orders fulfilled by print-on-demand providers may have varying production and shipping times outside of our control

Special Editions

Special editions are packed and shipped by our team.

• As a small, family-run business, we ship as quickly as possible and typically within 3–5 business days
• You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
Orders are processed automatically, and we are unable to change addresses unless contacted immediately after purchase.

Additional Information

While we do our best to ship within 2–3 business days, processing times may be longer during high-volume periods.

During the week of Christmas, we ship through December 22 and resume shipping on December 30 so our team can spend time with family.

Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, and we appreciate your support of our small, family-run business. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Digital Products (Ebooks & Audiobooks)

All digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on any ebook or audiobook purchase. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

Physical Products (Paperbacks, Special Editions, Bundles)

All physical product sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, duplicate orders, or buyer's remorse.

We do not accept physical products that are returned to us without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and no refund will be issued.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rachel@rachelhannaauthor.com with the following: your full name, your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your request and, at our discretion, either send a replacement or work with you on a resolution. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.

Please note that minor cosmetic wear on specialty finishes (such as foil stamping on dust jackets) resulting from normal handling is not considered damage and is not eligible for replacement.

Shipping

We are responsible for ensuring your order is shipped. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to change addresses once an order has been processed.
