About the book
Drew comes home to run the family ice cream shop. Cat comes to town for a fresh start. Neither planned on the other.
Drew Milton thought he had left January Cove for good, building a successful career in New York City. But when his father is injured, Drew returns home to help run the family’s beloved ice cream shop, Sprinkles. What he doesn’t expect is to confront old memories and lingering heartache tied to his high school love, Kate.
Meanwhile, Cat Morgan, a physical therapist from Whiskey Ridge, arrives in January Cove for a fresh start, taking on a job to help Drew’s father recover. Cat is determined to prove herself, but the more time she spends with the Milton family—and with Drew—the harder it becomes to focus solely on her work.
As sparks fly between Drew and Cat, both must face their pasts and decide if they’re ready for the future, or if their hearts are still waiting for something—or someone—else.
Waiting For You is a heartwarming story of healing, family, and unexpected love in the small-town charm of January Cove.
