Print books are delivered by shipping. Print books are shipped by BookVault OR directly from the author. This will be noted in the product page description.

Print time is usually 72 working hours. After books are printed, they are shipped. We do not control delivery times.

Print Books

Print books are fulfilled either through a print-on-demand partner or shipped directly by the author. This will be noted on each product page.

• Orders shipped by the author are typically processed within 3–5 business days
• Orders fulfilled by print-on-demand providers may have varying production and shipping times outside of our control

Special Editions

Special editions are packed and shipped by our team.

• As a small, family-run business, we ship as quickly as possible and typically within 3–5 business days
• You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
Orders are processed automatically, and we are unable to change addresses unless contacted immediately after purchase.

Additional Information

While we do our best to ship within 2–3 business days, processing times may be longer during high-volume periods.

During the week of Christmas, we ship through December 22 and resume shipping on December 30 so our team can spend time with family.

All digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.

Please double-check your order before purchasing.

The only exception is if a duplicate item is purchased — in that case, you may contact us within 48 hours of your original purchase for review.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or duplicate orders.

If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos. We will review your request.
