Daisy Davenport loves her small hometown of Thornhill, Georgia, and she’s determined to protect it from a looming threat—a billionaire's plan to build a massive shopping mall that will forever change the landscape of her childhood memories. When an environmental group’s efforts to block the project stall, Daisy decides to take matters into her own hands. In a bold move, she poses as the temporary nanny for billionaire developer Tristan Spencer’s daughter, infiltrating his beach house in January Cove.

Tristan is a single father struggling to balance his high-powered business life with his responsibilities as a dad. With his charming yet mysterious demeanor, he’s far more than Daisy expected. As Daisy navigates her secret mission to stop the mall, she finds herself growing closer to Tristan and his daughter.
