Print time is usually 72 working hours. After books are printed, they are shipped. We do not control delivery times.

Digital products (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered instantly via email from BookFunnel. BookFunnel is a trusted book delivery service used by thousands of authors. After purchase, you'll receive an email from BookFunnel to the email address used at checkout with a download link and instructions for sending your book to your Kindle, Nook, tablet, or phone.

If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder or (for Gmail users) your Promotions tab. For any download issues, contact BookFunnel's tech support at help@bookfunnel.com.

Print Books

Print books are fulfilled either through a print-on-demand partner or shipped directly by the author. This will be noted on each product page. Orders shipped by the author are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Orders fulfilled by print-on-demand providers may have varying production and shipping times outside of our control.

Special Editions

Special editions are packed and shipped by our team. As a small, family-run business, we ship as quickly as possible, typically within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.

Shipping and Delivery Notes

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and are outside of our control. We are only responsible for ensuring your order is shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Orders are processed automatically, and we are unable to change addresses unless contacted immediately after purchase.

Holiday Shipping

During the week of Christmas, we ship through December 22 and resume shipping on December 30 so our team can spend time with family. Processing times may also be longer during other high-volume periods.

We want you to love your purchase, and we appreciate your support of our small, family-run business. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Digital Products (Ebooks & Audiobooks)

All digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on any ebook or audiobook purchase. Please double-check your order before completing checkout. 

If you accidentally purchased the wrong format, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Physical Products (Paperbacks, Special Editions, Bundles)

All physical product sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, duplicate orders, or buyer's remorse.

We do not accept physical products that are returned to us without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and no refund will be issued.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rachel@rachelhannaauthor.com with the following: your full name, your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your request and, at our discretion, either send a replacement or work with you on a resolution. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.

Please note that minor cosmetic wear on specialty finishes (such as foil stamping on dust jackets) resulting from normal handling is not considered damage and is not eligible for replacement.

Shipping

We are responsible for ensuring your order is shipped. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to change addresses once an order has been processed.
