Sweet Tea B&B

Mia Carter never imagined she’d be running Sweet Tea B&B on her own after her mother’s passing. Now, managing the cozy inn nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Mia is struggling to keep the business afloat. Her world is turned upside down when Kate Miller, an event planner from Rhode Island, shows up claiming to be her half-sister—news that Kate discovered through a DNA test.

The sisters’ connection is revealed during their mother’s will reading, where they learn they must run the bed and breakfast together for six months if they want to inherit it. While Mia grapples with the sudden arrival of the sister she never knew, Kate is equally shocked to be thrown into this new family dynamic. As they try to make sense of their past and navigate their future, romance unexpectedly blooms when Kate begins to fall for Cooper, a local contractor with a complicated history with Mia from high school.
