Digital goods are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.
Print books are delivered by shipping. Print books are shipped by BookVault OR directly from the author. This will be noted in the product page description.
Print time is usually 72 working hours. After books are printed, they are shipped. We do not control delivery times.

When coming from print-on-demand providers, author cannot control print/delivery times. When being shipped from the author, the package will be packed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping company.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient if physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please note that while we try to get packages out within 2 BUSINESS days, some times of the year may be longer. During the week of Christmas, we will ship up until December 22 and then not again until December 30 so that we can take time off with our families.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds do not apply to the following goods: Digital goods: ebooks and audiobooks. These are instant digital downloads and, as such, cannot be returned.
Please choose carefully. Refunds only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded upon request.
Refunds for physical goods:
There is no return for change of mind. Returns are given for faulty items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item (according to the tracking). We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. We are only responsible for proving that we shipped the item.
For refund queries, please email rachel@rachelhannaauthor.com within 7 days of receiving your product (according to the tracking). Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, and reason for return, and photographs of faulty item. If item is faulty, we refund or resend your goods - your choice. We want you to be happy!
