Digital goods are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.

Print books are delivered by shipping. Print books are shipped by BookVault OR directly from the author. This will be noted in the product page description.

Print time is usually 72 working hours. After books are printed, they are shipped. We do not control delivery times.

Digital Products

Digital products, including ebooks and audiobooks, are delivered via BookFunnel to the email address used at checkout. You’ll receive an email from BookFunnel with your download link and instructions for sending your book to your preferred device.

Paperbacks & Special Editions

Our team packs and ships all physical products, including paperback bundles and special editions.

As a small, family-run business, we ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carrier

All physical orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS is our current shipping carrier, and alternative carrier options are not available at checkout at this time.

Delivery times are determined by USPS and may vary after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order ships, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or marked as delivered by USPS. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office for assistance.

Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Orders are processed automatically, and we may not be able to make changes after an order has been placed.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us by USPS due to an incorrect or incomplete address, inability to deliver, refusal, or another carrier-related issue, we do not reship the original order.

Once the package has been returned to us, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the original shipping cost and any return postage charged to us by USPS, if applicable.

Holiday Shipping

During the week of Christmas, we ship through December 22 and resume shipping on December 30 so our team can spend time with family. Processing and delivery times may also be longer during holidays and other high-volume periods.

Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, and we appreciate your support of our small, family-run business. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Digital Products (Ebooks & Audiobooks)

All digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on any ebook or audiobook purchase. Please double-check your order before completing checkout. 

If you accidentally purchased the wrong format, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Physical Products (Paperbacks, Special Editions, Bundles)

All physical product sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, duplicate orders, or buyer's remorse.

We do not accept physical products that are returned to us without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and no refund will be issued.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rachelhannaauthor.com with the following: your full name, your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your request and, at our discretion, either send a replacement or work with you on a resolution. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.

Please note that minor cosmetic wear on specialty finishes (such as foil stamping on dust jackets) resulting from normal handling is not considered damage and is not eligible for replacement.

Shipping

We are responsible for ensuring your order is shipped. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to change addresses once an order has been processed.
